Feeling Nervous?

You have nothing to worry about!

I'll help you choose outfits if you're still feeling unsure. Feel free to bring along a duffle bag of items, or go through what I have to offer in my client closet!

One of my amazing makeup artists will pamper you in their chair, making you look like a QUEEN.

From there we'll get into your one hour shoot!

We'll start you in your least revealing outfit and work our way from there. Anything strappy will be saved for the end.

I'll get into every pose before you do, show you exactly what I want and then will tweak you once you're in the pose. There's no need to practice or do research.

However, if you'd like to do something to feel a little more prepared (besides packing your bag), I have a video with some stretches you can do before your session!

These stretches are focused more on arching your back, which is something you'll be doing a lot of throughout your session!

If you have back problems, pleases let me (Paytn) know, so I can keep that in mind! No need to worry, we can still get a bunch of amazing photos!

Boudoir Stretches

Arch off the Wall

Put your head and booty on the wall. Don't let your shoulders touch. Push your chest out and arch as much as you can. Lift your arms above your head when you feel comfortable.

Arch off the Bed

Lay flat, lift your knees, and use your elbows to push your chest up. You'll want to touch your elbows close to your body while doing this. Tilt your head back and your chin up to the sky. Realllllllly push your chest out and aaaaarch.

Arch off Something

You could use a coffee table, ottoman, etc. for this one. You'll want to scoot your booty farther away, place your head on the object, and use your head/neck to help you arch and push your chest up. Again, hold your chin up to the sky while doing this.

Arch off the Floor

Just like you did on the bed, but this will be even more dramatic. Lay flat, lift your knees, and use your elbows to push your chest up. Don't let your shoulders touch the ground, only your head. You'll want to touch your elbows close to your body while doing this. Point your toes as much as you can. Realllllllly push your chest out and aaaaarch.

Booty Arch off the Floor

Lay completely flat, with your arms above your head. Do not lift your upper body at all, only your booty. You're going to crawl up with your knees as much as you can, creating on arch in your back. Really feel the arch happening during this pose.
